  • Wall brackets for DW are recommended for double-wall chimneys and are spaced 40 mm from the wall.
  • The use of a wall support is recommended for insulated chimneys at their base and every 6 meters.
  • Wall bands are recommended for single-wall chimneys and are spaced 25 mm from the wall.
  • Larger diameters are available upon request.

The company implements an ISO-certified quality management system and CE marking, and has obtained the required factory production control certifications for the ART-S single-wall chimney series and the ART-D double-wall chimney series.

The chimney system is manufactured in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive 89/106/EEC (Construction Products Certification), which govern production control procedures. It complies with the standards EN ISO 9001:2015, EN 13084-1, and EN 1856-1,2.

This can be affected by several factors:

  • Ensure that the chimney system route is free from any blockages, such as a buildup of combustion residues.
  • If there has been a change in dimensions or appliance, this may impact the draft; a new diameter calculation may be required.
  • External factors may also affect performance, such as nearby chimneys, surrounding buildings, etc.

If you haven't used your appliance for an extended period of time, it should be inspected before use.
As a general rule, chimney maintenance intervals are as follows:

  • Natural Gas: annually
  • Oil: every 6 months
  • Wood or solid fuels: every 3 months

If proper cleaning has not been carried out, or if you are using firewood or pellets that do not meet the required specifications, soot from incomplete combustion can accumulate on the chimney walls.
As a result, a single spark near the combustion appliance may ignite the soot, causing a chimney fire that can spread.
To prevent such a potentially destructive incident, the system’s maintenance and cleaning instructions must be strictly followed.
